The City is home to the US federal government and a number of key international institutions including – The World Bank, International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the Organization of American States (OAS). Washington contains many iconic monuments and landmarks including – The White House, Capitol Building, National Mall, Washington Monument, Smithsonian Institute, Library of Congress, and the National Gallery of Art. The District is also home to a number of national memorials including - the Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, National World War II Memorial, Korean War Veterans Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the District of Columbia War Memorial, and the Albert Einstein Memorial.
